It’s a month that can often coincide with pressure to make wholesale changes to our lifestyle, all in the name of self improvement.

In fact, 37% of us feel pressure to make resolutions we can't keep, just because it’s January. It comes as no surprise then, that over half of us (56%) won’t be making resolutions this year, to avoid disappointment when we ultimately fail at our unrealistic goals.

It’s for this reason that Green Chef is trying to break this cycle. We want to encourage people to make positive changes, not just for the month of January, but for themselves overall.
