To check which day your delivery is scheduled for, head to Your Account. Alternatively, head to your 'Plan Settings' and scroll down to 'Delivery' here it shows your 'Delivery Window'.
If you are based in Mainland UK, your courier will send you tracking information via email or SMS on the day of your delivery. Please refer to this for up-to-date information, it is more accurate than the information we are able to provide via our app or website.
We operate a leave safe policy so you don't need to be in to sign for meals delivered to your home. Our couriers will leave the box in a safe place following the delivery instructions that you have specified. All of our boxes contain insulation and ice packs to keep your ingredients fresh, just make sure you pop the ingredients in the fridge as soon as you can.
If you'd like to update your delivery instructions, please click on the button below, just make sure your changes are made by the deadline, which is 11:59 PM five days prior to your delivery. If the drop down options aren't suitable for you, please select 'other' and specify your preferred location.

Any changes need to be made by 11:59 PM, five days prior to your delivery day. After that, unfortunatley, we're unable to cancel your box. The deadline is important as it ensures that we order and deliver our ingredients in a responsible way, reducing food waste.
We wouldn't want your box to go to waste, so we hope you can enjoy it or gift it to a friend, family member or neighbour.
Our standard delivery window is between 8:00AM and 9:00PM (unless you have selected a morning or evening delivery slot), and your box can arrive anytime within this slot. If this window has passed, please click the button below to get in touch with our Customer Care Team so we can resolve this for you.

Please get in touch with our Customer Care team so we can make it up to you and report the issue. If you can, we'd appreciate it if you could provide any photos of the damage. This is useful for us as we try to prevent this from reoccurring.

Yes, alongside our recipes, we now also offer a range of Add-ons. These include delicious soups, plant based extras, sides and more.
These will appear at the bottom of your menu and will be offered once you have selected your meals. Don't forget to save your changes when editing your delivery.
